Whether you feel:

that you are lost within your spouse's demanding career...

that you don't understand the psychological and emotional impact of your spouse's experiences...

that you'd like to do more to support your spouse...

that you'd like to reprioritize your own self-care....

Climbing Mountains Consulting LLC is excited to announce the inaugural wellness retreat for female law enforcement spouses and significant others!

We invite you to learn about the impact of the law enforcement career, both on the officer and the family, and explore methods of self-care and support.  Through expert-led sessions, participants will gain insight into the mental health aspect of law enforcement careers, build empathy, and learn tools to build a sense of balance with focus on self-care and resiliency. Attendees will have an opportunity to submit specific theme feedback to help guide and individualize the sessions throughout the day.

Time will be built in to connect with other spouses, to self-reflect, and to relax while having a day to yourself.  Join us!

Breathe.  Reconnect.

A Retreat for the Ones that Hold it Together Behind the Line.

This retreat gives law enforcement spouses a deeper understanding of how the career impacts their partner, so they can approach challenges with clarity and empathy, maintain their own emotional health, and stay connected to who they are outside of the badge.

We've created a retreat for both rest and learning.  Led by someone who gets the culture, the silence, the stress - and the strength it takes to keep showing up.

Law enforcement spouses carry a unique load, and do not always get a space to just be.  Finding balance for ourselves is essential.

So join us on Saturday, March 28th, 2026 -  We cannot wait to see you!

Testimonials regarding Jennifer's law enforcement trainings:

“Jen has lived experience that makes her trainings poignant and genuine. That, added to her knowledge about mental wellness, preventing suicide, and managing work-related stress, make her presentations a necessity for all law enforcement officers.”

"When I first saw Jen's presentation, I was in my 31st year as a police officer, over 18 of those years as a criminal investigator…This training captures your attention and is, and should be, an absolute "must" to address the unseen trauma in law enforcement…Jen's "Who Will Look After the Sheepdogs?" training is the best self-care training I have attended in my career."

Maybe you are looking to learn how to better support your officer; Maybe you are looking to make space to better support yourself.

Maybe you want to learn what the career might bring as you walk the initial years of the job; Maybe you want to explore how retirement shifts the processing of all those heavy cases.

I was motivated to name Climbing Mountains Consulting from a quote that recognizes that we do not need to carry the weights of our experiences. In a similar spirit, this Grit & Grace Gathering retreat was inspired by the recognition of the strength and compassion it takes to walk this life beside our officers.

I can't wait to meet you.

This is your invitation to exhale.  Grit & Grace Gathering
